Nick Cannon -- Mariah's Baby News Is Blowin' Up

The same day he and Mariah Carey revealed they are having a baby, father-to-be Nick Cannon picked up some celebratory balloons at a NYC store on Thursday.

The happy couple's latest creation is due in the spring.
